The carpenter Kirk did a wonderful job on establishing the areas and completing the finishing details.

I have to say with all my years of experience, Dave is one of the most up beat well detailed professional contractors I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He is very good at everything he does and keeps up well informed and well advised of everything taking place in our projects. He is a true asset to his customers and us as his specialists. Dave and his crew have not only remodeled my basement, but have also added a three season room to the back of my house. All work was done as promised - well done and on time! I love being able to house my children and grandchildren in the two new bedrooms and extra bath when they come from out of town to visit!

Dave and his crew did an exceptional job on our basement. The entire family (us, the kids, the dog) use the basement as an all-purpose living area. We had our basement finished by Dave and his crew in December, and it has been wonderful. We now have a beautiful, comfortable playroom for our children and we have the rest of our house back for the grownups! There was attention to detail that impressed us tremendously. The crew was wonderful and extremely courteous and professional. Between Dave and Kirk, we felt very comfortable with the entire process. We were concerned that with kids and dogs running around the house, it would be a difficult process, but it ended up being a pleasure. And the results are fantastic. We have a great room for our kids, and for all the kids when family comes over. They have a place to play where we know they are safe and having fun, and the rest of the house is peaceful for the adults. We could not be more pleased.

Hi, we had our basement done in October of 2008 and still couldn't be happier with the comfort of our basement. We had gotten several estimates for our basement and although Dave's prices were a bit higher, we noticed a significant difference in the products that he used and the thought that was put into building the most comfortable space. It was well worth it. Things like little heaters built into the wall have made a huge difference--we turn them on every time we go downstairs. Kirk, the carpenter, did a fantastic job on our window frame/box. He happily added a little detail that I wouldn't have thought of. Dave and his team really do a great job--I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends or use them myself for other projects.

Our basement is now the best floor of the house! Dave's work and dedication to the customer far exceeded the high expectations I already had based on rave reviews I heard about him before starting the job. The attention to detail, schedule and workmanship cannot be beat. He even did the ground work and went out and purchased (and installed) our audio visual equipment himself! Dave's team was equally as courteous, respectful and hard working. I would HIGHLY recommend their services!
